Zazu is a red-billed hornbill and an agent of the High Council who‘s orders are to be an majordomo to any Kings of the Pride Lands and to be sure they do not switch sides to the Devils. His lack of combat ability meant he was captured by Scar at one point, but Timon and Pumbaa helped him escape. He now helps Simba to protect the Pride Lands.
