The Creeping Death

The Creeping Death is a rival group of the Dark Forces in the Exoverse and beyond. They are led by 3 Its/Pennywise the clowns. But Pennywise/IT (Novel) fought against one of the Carries, along with Shuichi, and got killed recently, and now two ITs are the leaders.
