Two adult Dalmatians who rescued their 15 puppies and then 84 other puppies that they adopted which means they now own 99 Dalmatian puppies from Cruella De-Vil a client of the Friends. After their bravery act of rescuing their children the High Council decided to recruit them along with their owners and their nanny. Pongo and Perdita are now part of the Dog Unit, a group of dogs who serve the High Council and to protect their owners, and the strays from the Friends, especially if it means to rescue cats.
Their Special Move is called the Twilight Bark, a method of calling the whole Dog Unit to order, an advanced form of Animal-Appliance Language.
