Eons before the Disney Wars started and before the Chernabog and Chronos were created, there was the Guardian, it created all worlds and Mount Olympus and the Other Side. To keep an eye on things, it splitted into human beings, Phyllis (representing good) and Phil represent evil. Each of them helps the High Council and the Friends as part of their master plan (or should I say Plaster Man). To help with the battles, Phyllis and Phil portals known as Multi-Universe Transprojector to jump to various worlds in the Disney Multiverse and recruit Part-Time Heroes and Villains, under agreement of both the High Council and the Friends. But to prevent suspicion from citizen, they had to hide each Transprojector in seemingly ordinary building, Phyllis (an abandon movie theater known as the Odyssey) and Phil (a restaurant called Fish Stick on a Stick) Phyllis hired a boy named Penn Zero under the request of his parents to fight for the High Council and Phil hired an evil man named Rippen to battle for the Friends.
