Dark magic is magic granted by the devils, usually in exchange for the client owing a debt which they can pay either with their own soul or by collecting other souls or fear energy for the Friends or performing some other service for them that makes it easier for them to accomplish the other goals.
Rules of Dark Magic[]
- When the devils give Dark Magic to a client, the user is not affected at first. This is a test run, to see if they would be good clients. Should they prove worthy, they are given more power.
- They cannot give normal animals Dark Magic. However, anthropomorphic animals can be given Dark Magic since they are human enough to learn it. A character with magical powers can also use dark magic to give a specific power to a normal animal.
