He may not be too successful at defeating Dave and his pals, but elsewhere he gets enough souls to keep the Friends happy. Chuckles's favorite technique for soul aquisition is to turn his vicitms into toads and wait for them to perish of old age, although he sometimes cooks and eats them instead. This tactic is similar to Yzma's tactic of turning victims into animals and having them killed.
