Chef Beau Francisco "Skinner" Costeau is a corrupt head chef of the restaurant Gusteau's. Formerly Gusteau's partner, he grew despondent that the restaurant had declined in popularity, culminating in Anton Ego downgrading the restaurant's star rating from 5 to 4. Blaming Gusteau for the failure, especially his leniency towards critics and his devotion to unqiue yet comforting meals for all audiences, he ordered the ingredients for a carcinogenic poison to murder Gusteau with from the Friends on the Other Side. From there, he took over the restaurant and began making money off his late partner's name in the worst way imaginable; things like frozen dinners and the continued existence of the restaurant, which removed popular items and bought out a few competing restaurants to turn them into "G-Express" joints. This would be the end of the Friends's involvement... until Remy came along. You see, the Friends love stamping the happiness out of worlds, especially animals with unique talents. Just ask poor Willie the Whale. They ordered Skinner to do anything in his power to kill Remy, and hopefully the rest of his kind, so that a new Gusteau's could be built in the Other Side for them to enjoy. Skinner, thankfully, failed at this, and the Friends decided to abandon him for the time being... He did make a small victory in managing to take down Gusteau's with him.
