Bear is... well... a bear, a Fred Rogers version of a bear, that lives in the Big Blue House, and he's an agent of the High Council of Heroes, even his friends like Ojo, Tutter, Treelo, Pip, Pop, and Shadow are among the High Council agents. He and his friends greet anyone who comes over for a visit to his home, he's always very welcome to anyone with open arms if the High Council sends anyone they're protecting to his Big Blue House as a safe haven from the Friends. He's also close friends to the Muppets.
